- an artist collective of Canadian women who understand the power of the stitch and who utilize textiles to create art. They work with the threaded needle to stitch into whatever can be pierced while pulling from an inventory of techniques (embroidery, painting, quilting, mixed media, image manipulation) to give their work meaning. After annual research sessions together they return to their studios to produce work for group exhibitions and sales.
Our main focus was the Fundy shore line but a couple times we travelled in land. An afternoon in Fredericton seem to spark some conversation on the street.
